When Do These Terns Apply

Please make sure that you go through these terms before going ahead to use our services. By making use of our services, you are agreeing to all these terms. You are also in agreement with our Terms of Use, Cookie and Privacy policies. The recent version always applies and we would normally make updates only when we will offer a brand new service, change how we provide a service or require to comply with a fresh legal agreement.

What Do We Mean by “Services”?

Anything that is offered by Redcliffe Trade Services, across all the trades which we cover including the likes of Plumbing, Gas Fitting, Electrical installations and repairs as well as Drain Cleaning:

• Any kind of query
• The Estimates
• Project Work
• Installations of equipment and electrical appliances.
• Repair Work
• Servicing
• Guarantees

Terminology

For the sole purpose of using these terms and conditions, the following words have the following meanings:

• “We/Our/Us” refers to Redcliffe Trade Services
• The word “You” refers to the customer, a person or organization for whom we have agreed to carry out work and/or supply of materials.
• Tradespeople or Tradesperson mainly refers to the representative(s) appointed by Redcliffe to perform the duty.

We fully reserve the right, not to undertake any activity. We even reserve the right to designate the tradesperson who would be a representative for us and this will be at our absolute discretion.

Hourly Rate for Work Done

The amount that will be charged to you will consist of:

• The time spent by our personnel for carrying out work including the reasonable time spent in getting hold of non-stocked materials, charged under our present hourly rates.
• Materials that would be supplied by us which will not exceed the trade purchase price of materials with the addition of 25% mark-up.

You will be only charged for the time spent to carry out your work.
